Andrew Smiles is a Senior Legal Counsel admitted to practice before the New York Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Recognized in Who’s Who in America as a leader of the legal profession, Andrew brings more than 15 years of global private practice and in-house legal experience across the US, UK and Australia.
Currently serving as Senior Counsel to private clients based in New York, Los Angeles, Delaware, London, Berlin and Sydney, Andrew advises a portfolio of property, technology, sports and entertainment companies on complex transactional, regulatory and corporate governance matters. He specializes in providing strategic legal and commercial advice, as well as structuring, negotiating and completing high-value, high-profile business ventures. Prior to his current role, Andrew held senior positions as Lead Senior Corporate Counsel of Reckitt Benckiser, Senior Counsel at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP and Managing Associate at Magic Circle law firm Linklaters.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of New South Wales, a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com, Honours) from the University of Sydney and completed postgraduate studies in International Law at the University of Nottingham. Based in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, William serves as Global Director of Agriculture Relations at Krown Impact, where he leads initiatives at the intersection of regenerative farming, healthcare innovation, data, and energy security.
William is the founder of Kona Cherry Company, a pioneering venture focused on the production and promotion of premium Coffee Cherry Extract from the heart of the Hawaiian Islands. Through Konacherry.com, he has helped introduce one of Kona’s most unique agricultural offerings to a global market.
In addition to his work in agribusiness, William is the founder of Landers and Associates, where he has provided agricultural consulting and development expertise for local and international projects for over 20 years. His advisory work supports communities in building sustainable agricultural models that prioritise local empowerment and global scalability.
